DANCE GROOVE:
Dance Like No-One’s Watching in this fab, fun dance fitness class.
From Bollywood to the Bee Gees... From Charleston to Chaka Kahn... We loosen up + dance to a myriad of different dance styles + music genres... Bollywood, Bellydance, Burlesque, Carnival, Charleston, Disco, 80s, 90s, Salsa, Samba, Street dance.. and anything else I can think of!
DANCE CHILLAX:
This Holistic, barefoot mindful movement class uses lyrical Dance movement, Yoga-like stretching + empowering Martial Arts kicks + stances set to up-beat world music to provide an energising yet relaxing workout conditioning entire system inside + out.
BARRE GROOVE:
This is a fun, strength + conditioning class using -
All set to themed playlists or, the fab, fun up-beat pop music.
MEDITATION:
My own style of Meditation.
We get comfortable sitting, lying, standing...
Closing our eyes…We start with focusing on the breathing.. then bring in some guided visualisation exercises to direct the flow of energy whilst quieting the mind + calming the body.
Nearly 20 years ago I healed myself holistically of Cancer after being given 6 months to live by Docs if I did nothing medical.
The process took four years and I went through a combination of movement, mindset shifting, meditation (mel-tation = my version of..) + energy work, emotional balancing and monitoring my diet to bring about a base level of health.
From that point I decided I wanted to work with others helping them heal in the same way I had done.
I now help amazing women invigorate their health, wellbeing + confidence through movement, dance and transformational energy work in classes, 1:1 sessions, workshops, events + holidays.
